Isolation of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria Around Bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris) Clumps Using Natural Media Trap Method

چکیده
Bamboo plant is a potential source of growth promoting bacteria (PGPB). Phosphate solubilizing ability an important characteristic PGPB. This study aims to isolate phosphate around the bamboo clumps using natural media. The are trapped media consist 70 gram cooked rice and banana peel. were stored in plastic boxes with four types treatments: 1) tightly closed, 2) covered tissue, 3) leaves, 4) uncovered (open). Those placed clump left for up 5 days. isolated Pikovskaya agar. A total 17 isolates successfully trapped, 8 9 showed solubilization index, ranging from 0,2 1,40. NN01 has highest solubilize phosphate. was open box condition. Gram positive rod-shaped bacterium. In this it revealed that area the inhabited by various bacteria. peels have good trap clumps.

متن کاملIsolation and characterization of phosphate solubilizing bacteria from Western Indian Himalayan soils
Previous studies confirmed the existence of diversified microbial flora in the rhizosphere of Himalayan Red Kidney Bean (RKB) (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). Therefore, fifteen different temperate and subtropical regions of Western Indian Himalaya (WIH) were explored for the isolation of RKB rhizosphere-associated Phosphorus (P) solubilizing bacteria. On the basis of qPCR analysis, three soils, i.e., ...
متن کاملBuffering Reduces Phosphate Solubilizing Ability of Selected Strains of Bacteria
Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) possessing the ability to solubilize insoluble inorganic phosphates were isolated from rhizosphere soil. Eighty-one potential PSBs thus obtained were quantitatively screened for phosphate solubilization. Of these, four bacteria found to be efficient phosphate solubilizers, were selected for further evaluation, and found that they solubilize tricalcium phosp...
متن کاملMedia Optimization for Inorganic Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria Isolated from Anand Argiculture Soil
Phosphorus (P) is one of the essential macronutrients for plant growth and reproduction. Plants acquire P from the soil solution as phosphate anions. However, phosphate anions are extremely reactive and may be immobilized through precipitation with cations such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+ and Al3+, depending on the particular properties of the soil and as a result, the phosphate is highly insoluble and...
